FOUNTAINS.COM SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY:

ATTENTION: BUYER! OPEN SHIPMENT IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF DRIVER:

All items must be inspected by the customer immediately upon delivery. If damage is noticed, please contact Fountains.com within 48 hours. Fountains.com will not be responsible for damaged items if we are not notified within 48 hours of delivery. All items are insured during transit for the full retail price and a shipping claim will be filed. Please take pictures of the damaged item and crating and forward images to Fountains.com at sales@fountains.com. The customer will need to file with the carrier if damage is reported after 48 hours. Every one of our metal fountains are made to order by our team and are unique pieces that cannot be refunded or resold by us. We do not allow for Returns or Refunds but damaged or incorrect items will be repaired or replaced if reported within the 48 hour window.

Shipping:

Please allow generally 4-16 weeks for delivery of your water feature. This is not a guaranteed shipping timeframe, but an estimate. Timeframes can vary based upon project scope, supply chain constraints, third party shipping companies, and third party powder coating facility timeline constraints. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but they can expand significantly based upon these factors.
Shipping with or without lift-gate is to curbside only. You must arrange to have the feature placed where you need it.

Free shipping only applies to some of our products but not all. We always charge shipping for custom built fountains such as listed on this page: https://fountains.com/all-fountains/best-sellers-products/. Ferry fees and others to locations off shore will be paid by the client.

Artistic Fountains:

Each artistic Fountain is created one at a time by the artist. They may not match 100% to the images seen online. Buyer’s remorse as to the exact artistic creation will not be covered as part of the warranty.

Delivery Fee:

If you are not able to receive your fountain upon the scheduled delivery date you will be charged a re-delivery fee. This fee can vary depending on your location and the freight company. 

Manufacturer's Warranty:

“All fountains include a 1 year Manufacturer’s Warranty against defects. Damage due to weather, acts of nature, mishandling, or improper storage are not covered. Customer is responsible to contact pump Mft  to claim warranty if pump fails. Save all info that comes with the pump, and proof of purchase. We will work closely with you if any issues arise. You will be required to follow steps instructed. It is rare we have any issues, but they do occur on occasion. When they do arise, we will need your cooperation to help resolve the issue.”

We do not allow returns or refunds on products (but damaged items can be repaired or replaced if you properly follow the procedures outlined above). 

Client will pay shipping cost on any parts that are replaced under warranty. 

 

Separate Policy for Hand Carved Marble and Granite Items:

Fountains.com  Hand Carved Marble and Granite items are custom orders, sculpted to your specifications, and can take 3 to 4 months to be manufactured and delivered under normal conditions. If the carving facility is running behind schedule it may take longer – there is no guarantee only estimated times on a best efforts basis for final delivery unless otherwise stated in writing. Pictures of your item will be emailed to you for your final approval prior to shipping. Your order will be carefully crated in a wooden crate (s) to assure safe delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Inspect your order in the crate and do not accept your order if damaged. Take photographs of the damage in the crate to verify damage during shipment. Contact Fountains.com immediately for further instructions on repairing or replacing your order. No payments will be refunded due to the fact all orders are custom made according to your specifications and cancellation once an order is placed would constitute loss of deposit and/or final payment If the statuary you received is broken, cracked, or has any other damaged parts please notify Fountains.com immediately so we can make a report with the shipping carrier – but upon delivery you must notify the shipping company in writing on the delivery slip of  up to 48 hours to allow inspection for internal damages – failure to notify in writing the shipping company on the delivery slip can result in loss of insurance coverage. If delivery is accepted and internal damage is found please save all the broken parts, the container it came in, and all the packing material for the shipper to come out and do an on-site inspection of the damaged package. All shipments we send are insured up to delivery acceptance to cover the costs to replace or repair the order due to shipper negligence.  The laws of the State of Texas shall govern all orders and interpretation of the agreement.  Limited 3 year warranty. Replace or Repair. Minus normal wear and tear.
