All stone projects require an experienced stone mason. These projects involve stone, plumbing and electrical work that must be installed by an experienced professional. Any installation instructions provided are general guidelines; specific installation instructions are not provided. The installer supplies additional plumbing and electrical materials — including but not limited to a GFCI, hoses, pump, piping, epoxy and concrete — which are not provided by Fountains.com. These fountains are not “plug-and-play”.

Stone, being a natural material, may crumble slightly under shipping, handling and installation. This is expected, is easily repairable by stone masons, and is not covered under warranty. Fountains.com does not warranty damage due to improper installation, handling or operation of any product. Sourcing a professional stone mason is the sole responsibility of the customer.
